As Konovo continues transitioning from a service-oriented model to a product-driven platform, we are expanding our Mexico-based team. As Associate Account Manager you will support a multi-million-dollar book of business alongside an Account Manager and Business Developer, owning the day-to-day proposal engine and ensuring seamless handover to Operations. In this role, you will translate client research needs into accurate, timely proposals, coordinate internally to scope projects effectively from the outset, and help remove friction during fieldwork by handling objections and clarifying requirements.

This Associate Account Manager role is for you if you thrive in a remote, fast-paced, collaborative global environment and take pride in producing high-quality, client-focused proposals with increasing independence and ownership.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

- Own the end-to-end proposal development process across a high-volume, multi-million-dollar book of business, ensuring pricing is competitive and aligned with profitability targets
- Independently translate client needs into clear, tailored, insight-driven proposals that align with budget requirements, timelines, and strategic goals
- Partner closely with the Account Manager + Business Developer to deliver against shared booking and margin targets by keeping proposal throughput high, timelines tight, and commercial details accurate
- Drive proposal momentum by proactively managing client questions and objections, reinforcing Konovo’s value proposition, and securing alignment on scope, feasibility, and timelines
- Own the sales-to-operations handover: produce clear, concise, and accurate documentation for the project management team, highlighting all client-specific requirements, assumptions, and expectations
- Support smooth delivery during fieldwork by handling in-flight clarifications and objections, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and protect client experience
- Stay actively informed on industry developments, monitoring healthcare market research trends, client activities, and competitor movements across the European region to anticipate needs and strengthen account decisions
- Leverage Salesforce (CRM) to accurately track bids, pipeline activity, and sales progress, ensuring clear visibility and smooth coordination across teams

What We’re Looking For:

- A proactive, ownership-driven operator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 3–5 years of experience in proposal management, account support, or account management within the healthcare research sector (or closely related market research environment)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Salesforce is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global teams
- Comfort operating with increasing independence—able to manage multiple concurrent proposals, prioritize effectively, and drive work forward with minimal oversight
- High attention to detail and proven ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Comfortable leveraging AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows, improve response quality, and increase speed without compromising data integrity or customer experience
