What You'll Do: - Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of mainly passive clients, ensuring consistent delivery of TrueAccord’s services and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. - Operational Support: Assist Client Managers in the day-to-day management of account portfolios, including tracking performance metrics and maintaining documentation. - Reporting & Data Accuracy: Prepare routine reports, dashboards, and meeting materials for core client check-ins, ensuring data integrity and consistency. - Issue Resolution: Act as the initial point of contact for routine client inquiries, working with the Client Manager to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal support teams to process requests and ensure client deliverables meet standard quality requirements. - Skill Development: Actively engage in training sessions, mentorship, and self-directed learning to build expertise in debt collection, product features, and client strategy.
