Location: Bengaluru, India Practice: CPG Supply Chain Analytics Experience: 8 to 12 Years Reports Into: Practice Leadership

## The Role

We are looking for a Senior Leader to help anchor our CPG Supply Chain Analytics practice in Bengaluru.

You will be part of the practice team, reporting directly to Practice Leadership. The role involves leading client engagements end-to-end, owning specific capability areas, and driving strategic initiatives that are critical to the practice's growth. This position carries significant ownership while working closely with practice leadership.

Your responsibilities will broadly span three areas:

- Client Engagements
- Team Leadership
- Solution Development and Innovation

## What You Will Be Doing

Inside the Practice

- Lead significant aspects of the practice’s growth and development, aligned with the direction set by Practice Leadership.
- Take ownership of specific capability areas and service offerings, from ideation through client deployment.
- Help shape the go-to-market strategy and support sales and business development teams in client pursuits.

Client Engagements

- Lead consulting engagements and own relationships across assigned client accounts.
- Develop a deep understanding of client business challenges and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders on supply chain and analytics topics.

Solutions and Innovation

- Drive the development of advanced analytics and data science solutions, including:
- Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Machine Learning (ML)
- Optimization Models
- Generative AI (Gen AI)
- Review analytical approaches, challenge solution designs, and maintain high-quality delivery standards.
- Ensure close collaboration between consulting and engineering teams so that solutions move beyond pilots into production environments.

## Team and Knowledge Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and develop consultants and analysts within the practice.
- Contribute to thought leadership through articles, points of view, and internal intellectual capital.
- Support knowledge management initiatives and promote adoption of best practices across the organization.
- Represent Sigmoid at industry events, conferences, and forums.

## What We Are Looking For

- 8 to 12 years of experience consulting on and delivering data and analytics solutions for large CPG customers.
- Direct front-office consulting experience with demonstrated customer leadership capabilities.
- Proven track record of leading teams, managing engagements, and delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex business challenges and identify high-impact opportunities.
- BE or BTech in Computer Science from a Tier I or Tier II institution such as IIT or NIT.
- MBA from a leading business school such as an IIM is a plus.

## Nice to Have

- Deep expertise in Supply Chain Planning and Operations across CPG, Life Sciences, Pharma, or Industrial domains.
- Strong understanding of:
- Demand Planning
- Forecasting
- Inventory Optimization
- Procurement Analytics
- Hands-on experience building analytics and AI solutions across:
- Machine Learning
- Deep Learning
- Generative AI
- Descriptive, Predictive, and Prescriptive Analytics
- Published thought leadership or articles on supply chain topics.
- Working knowledge of modern technology ecosystems, including:
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Microsoft Azure
- Amazon Web Services (AWS)
