BrainStorm thrives on a dynamic and fun-loving atmosphere, paired with a steadfast commitment to excellence. Our high-performing team is composed of self-starters who play a pivotal role in driving our success. Once we walk through the door, it’s definitely ‘Go Time’. Opportunity Join BrainStorm’s award-winning Learning Experience (LX) team in a part-time role where you will use AI and the latest digital tools to create learning experiences for millions of users at thousands of leading companies. As part of a dynamic, agile team, you will collaborate across Learning Experience and the broader business, building the context and judgment to turn complex technology into clear, compelling learning experiences. This is more than a content-production role. You will use AI, modern tools, and evolving production processes alongside data, strategy, research, and experimentation—drawing on the science and craft of behavior change and adult learning—to decide what to build, how to build it, and how to make new technology stick. You will help create and maintain videos, experience guides, prompt guides, use-case resources, and email-based learning across topics such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI agents, and security awareness. ## What you would do - Work AI-first, directing AI agents and modern digital tools to research, draft, design, analyze, and accelerate the work—while applying your own judgment, creativity, and quality standards to the results. - Guide learning content from concept through launch, sometimes creating key pieces yourself and often orchestrating AI tools, designers, and producers to shape the approach and bring the experience to life. - Evaluate existing content for accuracy, relevance, quality, and intended behavior impact, then use feedback and experimentation to strengthen what works. - Collaborate across Learning Experience and the broader business, contributing ideas, sharing context, applying BrainStorm’s voice and standards, and keeping work moving through clear, proactive communication. ## What we’re looking for - Ownership and responsibility: You follow through on commitments, communicate proactively, and can be trusted to manage your work effectively. - Hunger to learn: You seek feedback, ask thoughtful questions, and build the context needed to grow quickly. - AI-native mindset: You are comfortable directing AI agents and modern tools to learn, solve problems, and increase your effectiveness. - Flexibility and adaptability: You balance competing priorities, learn new tools quickly, and adjust as needs evolve. - Attention to detail: You take pride in producing accurate, polished work that reflects BrainStorm’s standards. - Collaboration: You contribute to discussions, work well across teams, and communicate professionally. - A dependable part-time commitment: You can consistently contribute 20–29 focused hours each week. Additional Details - Hours: This is a part-time position with an expected commitment of 20–29 hours per week. - Location: For Utah-based employees, this role will work out of BrainStorm’s American Fork, Utah, office. BrainStorm provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws. BrainStorm Inc is not open to third party solicitation or resumes for our posted FTE positions. Resumes received from third party agencies that are unsolicited will be considered complimentary. ## About BrainStorm, Inc. ## Company Overview - **One-liner**: BrainStorm is an enterprise AI adoption platform that helps organizations drive lasting behavior change for software adoption, particularly for AI tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot. - **Entity Type**: Private (funding stage: Series A/Venture) - **Headquarters**: American Fork, Utah, United States - **Founded**: 1995 - **Founders**: John Wade and Eric Farr ## Core Business - Primary industry: Enterprise Software / AI Adoption - Target customers: B2B – software vendors, enterprise customers, and end users of software and AI tools (SMB to Enterprise) - Mission: Help organizations turn their AI investment into workforce impact by closing the adoption gap between tool deployment and actual behavior change. ## Products & Services - **BrainStorm ADOPT™ Framework**: A five-stage orchestration engine (Awareness, Desire, Orientation, Participation, Transformation) that moves users from first encounter to durable behavior change. - **Multi-Channel Campaign Flows**: Reach users where they work (email, Microsoft Teams, portal) without requiring new tools. - **Behavior-Driven Personalization**: Adaptive programs based on role, readiness, and observed usage, not one-size-fits-all. - **Adoption Analytics**: Connects learning activity to tool usage and business outcomes, making adoption visible. - **Low-Overhead Infrastructure**: Scales across thousands of users without adding administrative lift or headcount. - **Use Cases**: AI Adoption (M365 Copilot), Security Awareness, Enterprise Software Adoption, Customer Success / Customer Education, and customer academies. ## Market Standing - **Valuation**: Not publicly available (private company) - **Key Metric**: Annual Revenue ~$20M (LinkedIn estimate); Total Funding $16.4M (Series A $6.4M led by Kickstart in 2015; Venture Round $10M in 2020) - **Notable Investors**: Kickstart (lead investor in Series A); other undisclosed venture investors - **Growth Signals**: 93 employees (+2% YoY); 4 offices across the US; distributed workforce across 5 countries (US, Netherlands, India, Pakistan, Germany). Emphasis on employee development, finding one's "native genius," and work-life integration. - **Remote/Hybrid**: Roles listed include on-site (American Fork), remote part-time, and internship opportunities. Flexible approach based on role. - **Perks**: Corporate ski passes, gym passes, 401K matching, 3 paid service days per year for community volunteering, BOOM! campaign (company-funded bucket list item). - **Community Impact**: Active volunteering (1 Million Meals food drive, Red Nose Day, mentorship at an underserved middle school) and a 501(c)(3) supporting student entrepreneurs. - **Engineering & Innovation**: Opportunity to work on a platform that's redefining enterprise adoption; private company with secured funding and significant growth ahead. ## Sources 1.
