Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir Audit Senior Manager*innen (m/w/d) für den Bereich Non-IT, die komplexe Prüfungsprozesse und regulatorische Anforderungen in Frankfurt eigenverantwortlich steuern. Ob Governance, MaRisk oder IKS-Analysen: Als Auditor*in für Non-IT-Themen blickst du hinter die Kulissen unserer Bankprozesse. Deine Rolle - Eigenständige Vorbereitung und Planung von Non-IT-Prüfungsaufträgen sowie die End-to-End-Leitung von Audit-Engagements. - Erstellung umfassender Prüfungsberichte sowie Abstimmung von Feststellungen und Empfehlungen mit den jeweiligen Stakeholdern. - Analyse und eigenständige Bewertung des internen Kontrollsystems (IKS) und organisatorischer Prozesse. - Koordination und Anleitung von Teammitgliedern während der Prüfungen, inklusive der Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen (Audit Quality Reviews). - Eigenständige Nachprüfung und Nachverfolgung (Follow-up) interner und externer Prüfungsfeststellungen. - Erstellung prägnanter und aussagekräftiger Management-Reports zu den Prüfungsergebnissen. - Mitwirkung an der Überprüfung und Qualitätssicherung des internen Kontrollsystems, der Compliance, Sicherheit und Effizienz von Prozessen und Systemen. - Eigenverantwortliche Begleitung interner Projekte im Einklang mit den relevanten regulatorischen Anforderungen (z.
