Job Description Enpal è alla ricerca di un/una Automation & Software Developer Intern da inserire nel team di Supply Chain Management. Cerchiamo una persona con una forte passione per lo sviluppo software, l'automazione e l'intelligenza artificiale, interessata a progettare e implementare strumenti che ottimizzino processi aziendali complessi. Durante lo stage avrai l'opportunità di sviluppare applicazioni interne, integrare servizi tramite API, realizzare workflow automatizzati e contribuire all'adozione di soluzioni AI a supporto delle Operations, del team di Finance e della Supply Chain. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con team cross-funzionali, trasformando esigenze di business in soluzioni software scalabili e orientate all'automazione. Responsabilità

- Progettare e sviluppare tool interni per automatizzare processi aziendali
- Sviluppare script e applicazioni per l'elaborazione dei dati e l'automazione delle Operations
- Integrare sistemi aziendali tramite API REST e servizi cloud
- Sviluppare workflow automatizzati e applicazioni interfacciate con AI - Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) e/o framework come LangChain
- Progettare pipeline di elaborazione dati e contribuire alla gestione dei database aziendali
- Analizzare dati per identificare opportunità di ottimizzazione dei processi
- Partecipare alla progettazione di dashboard e strumenti di monitoraggio delle performance
- Scrivere codice mantenibile, documentato e facilmente scalabile
- Collaborare con stakeholder tecnici e business nella definizione dei requisiti funzionali

Requisiti

- Conoscenza della lingua italiana
- Buona conoscenza di linguaggi back-end (soprattutto) e front-end)
- Conoscenza base di SQL e database relazionali
- Interesse per lo sviluppo software, l'automazione dei processi e l'intelligenza artificiale
- Esperienza con LLM, AI Agents o strumenti di Generative AI
- Mentalità orientata al problem solving e capacità di progettare soluzioni tecniche
- Curiosità verso nuove tecnologie e predisposizione all'apprendimento continuo

## Nice to have

- Esperienza con REST API
- Familiarità con Git e sistemi di versioning
- Laurea (o percorso universitario in corso) in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica, Data Science o discipline STEM affini
- Esperienza con Docker
- Familiarità con Azure cloud
