Per accompagnare questa fase cerchiamo un avvocato o un'avvocata civilista che ci affianchi con continuità su tutte le questioni di diritto civile dell'azienda. Il ruolo È una collaborazione libero professionale in Partita IVA, continuativa e con impegno prevalente. Ti chiediamo una disponibilità ampia e costante, per diventare il punto di riferimento legale delle persone che guidano l'azienda. Ti confronterai direttamente con l'Amministratore Delegato e con i responsabili delle diverse divisioni. Di cosa ti occuperai

- Precontenzioso: reclami, diffide, contestazioni su garanzie e vizi, gestione delle controversie prima che arrivino in tribunale
- Contenzioso: oggi le cause sono seguite da studi esterni. Potrai coordinarti con loro e, in prospettiva, seguire direttamente alcuni contenziosi
- Recupero crediti: solleciti, messe in mora, strategie di recupero
- Contratti con i clienti: redazione, revisione e aggiornamento dei contratti di vendita e installazione, con attenzione alla tutela del consumatore (Codice del Consumo)
- Contratti con fornitori e installatori: forniture, appalti e subappalti, accordi quadro, livelli di servizio
- Contratti commerciali: agenzia e procacciamento d'affari, NDA, locazioni e altre tipologie che serviranno al business
- Consulenza quotidiana: pareri rapidi e pratici sulle questioni civilistiche che emergono nelle varie aree aziendali

Il diritto del lavoro resta fuori dal perimetro del ruolo. Cosa cerchiamo

- Iscrizione all'Albo degli Avvocati
- Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in diritto civile, con una buona pratica nella contrattualistica
- Inglese almeno di livello B2 (alcuni documenti e interlocutori del gruppo sono internazionali)
- Approccio pratico e orientato alla soluzione: ti chiediamo di aiutarci a decidere, non solo di dirci cosa non si può fare
- Capacità di spiegare questioni legali in modo chiaro anche a chi non è del settore
- Autonomia nell'organizzare il lavoro e nel gestire le priorità
