Founded in 2012, the FinTech connects consumers with banks in the EU, the UK and the US. This gives consumers better interest rates and banks a diversified form of refinancing. Our vision is to offer savings and investments without barriers and thus open up the global 160 trillion euro market. Raisin currently employs more than 800 people from over 75 countries worldwide. Today, the platform holds over 80 billion euros in assets from more than one million investors which have accrued over 5 billion euros in returns. ## Team Join the Deposits department, the group responsible for making some of Raisin’s most important strategic relationships grow and succeed. In a key dual role you will support both teams in the department. The Bank Analytics team drives Raisin’s business with analytics, research, and insights to platforms and wider funding markets. You’ll provide tailor-made funding guidance to our partner banks by leveraging internal and external data. The team’s analyses and guidance drive strategic decision-making both in- and outside the company. As a Relationship Manager, you’ll work directly with senior stakeholders at banks, helping them succeed on our platform and shaping long-term collaboration. In addition, you will contribute to key projects - from launching new savings products on the marketplace to supporting technical bank migrations and much more. Because our impact and stakeholder network are broad, we maintain a unique view of priorities and upcoming changes, which colleagues across the business rely on. ## Your Responsibilities - Drive market and funding intelligence: Analyze European and US deposit and funding markets, as well as customer behavior on our platforms to deliver clear, visual insights into key trends and uncover opportunities. - Provide strategic funding advice: Help partner banks navigate their funding goals by providing market indications, deposit forecasts, and actionable growth strategies. - Understand and enable: Develop a solid understanding of each bank’s requirements and help align them with Raisin’s platform, working closely with our marketing, distribution, and partner teams to help unlock growth. - Own and grow partnerships: Build strong, day-to-day relationships with our partner banks, ensuring smooth collaboration and shared success - enabled by in-person meetings. - Drive impact across projects: Contribute to special initiatives — from launching new savings products to supporting strategic rollouts — and play an active role in shaping how we deliver value. - Collaborate globally: Work with colleagues across different markets and teams on key projects, bringing guidance, structure and clarity to complex challenges. ## Your Profile - 2+ years of experience (including relevant internships) in consulting, banking, or financial services, with a strong desire to learn how to manage professional stakeholders - Excellent English communication skills, with the confidence to communicate clearly and professionally across teams; German nice-to-have - Strong academic background in business, finance, economics, or a similar field. - High attention to detail and excellent organization skills - Structured problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. - A growth mindset, proactive attitude, and a strong willingness to be hands-on and dive into the details. Join our mission, join our team – and grow with us! At Raisin, we care about each other and it is one of our top priorities to foster an open and caring environment in which everyone feels welcome and comfortable. Our culture is strongly driven by our ambitious team, which connects more than 75 different nationalities. As part of our team, you will benefit from - Employee Development Budget of €2,000 and four full training days per year. - Flexible working hours, home office and 30 vacation days. - A company pension scheme (Betriebliche Altersvorsorge), which we support with 20%. - Enjoy more than 50+ different sports with Urban Sports Club: We subsidize your membership with more than €20 per month. - Do you miss being in the office? The Deutschland Ticket gets you there, which we subsidize with €25 per month. - Love cycling? With JobRad, lease the bike of your choice and enjoy tax savings, plus Raisin covers your monthly insurance costs. - Hungry all the time? Snacks, daily fresh fruit as well as drinks provided at the office. - You are moving from another country or city to join us? We may support your relocation.
