What we Need: The SES AI Hermes team is seeking an exceptional Battery Product Development Leader to specialize in customer-facing product development across electrochemistry, materials science, and next-generation battery platform design. This pivotal leadership role will integrate R&D, product requirements, and OEM customer needs to deliver validated battery component and system-level innovations. As a Product Development Leader, you will be responsible for translating complex battery concepts into manufacturable, customer-ready solutions and managing key relationships.
