Über uns

Serielle Sanierung von Mehrfamilienhäusern –  für eine klimaneutrale Zukunft des Wohnungssektors

Bis 2045 planen wir insgesamt eine Gigatonne CO2 im Wohnungssektor durch serielle energetische Sanierungen einzusparen. Das ist ein globaler Impact! Wir sind DER Partner der Wohnungswirtschaft für bezahlbare energetische Sanierung. Als Generalübernehmer begleiten wir Wohnungsunternehmen von der Erstidee bis zur massenfähigen, seriellen Umsetzung. Mithilfe digitaler Planung verlagern wir 80 % der Wertschöpfung von der Baustelle in die Fabrik. So gelingt die wirtschaftliche Transformation des gesamten Wohnungsbestands hin zur Klimaneutralität.

Ganz nach dem Motto "remote first" suchen wir für unser Berliner Headquarter oder deutschlandweit nach fähigen Expert*innen und Führungskräften.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine*n Bauleiter*in für unsere deutschlandweiten Projekte. Da uns höchste Qualität am Herzen liegt, gibt es bei uns kein Baustellen-Hopping: Du fokussierst dich stets vollumfänglich auf ein einziges Bauvorhaben gleichzeitig. Dafür bist du in der Regel 5 Tage die Woche direkt vor Ort auf der Baustelle im Einsatz (Montagetätigkeit). Wenn du also eine hohe, bundesweite Reisebereitschaft mitbringst und gerne dort bist, wo die Action passiert, bist du bei uns genau richtig.

Deine Aufgaben

- Die Verantwortung für die Überwachung der Bauausführung hinsichtlich Terminen, Qualität und Arbeitssicherheit liegt in deiner Hand
- Du bist Ansprechpartner*in auf der Baustelle für die Bauleitung vom Auftraggeber, Nachunternehmen und Mieter*innen und nimmst regelmäßig an Bausitzungen teil
- In deiner Verantwortung liegt außerhalb die Koordination und der Soll-/Ist-Vergleich der Montage und die Terminplanung in Abstimmung mit der Projektleitung
- Du führst regelmäßig ein Bautagebuch

So passt du zu uns

- Du hast umfangreiche Berufserfahrung in der Ausführung von Bauprojekten
- Du hast dabei bereits Erfahrungen auf Baustellen und mit Sanierungsprojekten gesammelt, idealerweise im Wohnungsbau und/oder bei Holzbau- oder Fassadenprojekten
- Du hast eine handwerkliche Ausbildung abgeschlossen, einen Meistertitel oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen
- Du bringst eine ausgeprägte, bundesweite Reisebereitschaft mit und hast Lust, Bauvorhaben deutschlandweit zu betreuen
- Du bist bestens mit dem deutschen Baurecht vertraut und mit deinen Kommunikationsfähigkeiten überzeugst du sowohl Bauherren als auch Mitarbeitende auf unseren Baustellen
- Du bist erfahren im Lesen von technischen Zeichnungen
