MEDIOR / SENIOR BID MANAGER (IT & OVERHEID)

Daarom zoeken wij een Medior / Senior Bid Manager die eigenaarschap neemt over aanbestedingstrajecten, complexe informatie snel doorgrondt en zorgt voor kwalitatief sterke inschrijvingen.

We staan open voor zowel medior als senior kandidaten; het uiteindelijke niveau en de mate van verantwoordelijkheid stemmen we af op ervaring en zelfstandigheid.

WAT GA JE DOEN?

Als Bid Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige biedproces: van het beoordelen van een aanbestedingskans tot het indienen en evalueren van een kwalitatieve inschrijving.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Signaleren en kwalificeren van relevante aanbestedingen
- Analyseren en interpreteren van aanbestedingsdocumenten, eisen en gunningscriteria
- Beoordelen of een aanbesteding past bij de strategie en commerciële doelstellingen
- Bepalen van de aanpak en biedstrategie per aanbesteding
- Coördineren van input vanuit verschillende disciplines (zoals consultants, projectmanagement en development)
- Structuur aanbrengen in het biedproces en bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en deadlines
- Schrijven, redigeren en beoordelen van aanbestedingsteksten
- Zorgen voor volledige en correcte documentatie en bewijslast
- Bewaken van inhoudelijke consistentie en commerciële waarde van het bod
- Evalueren van gewonnen en verloren aanbestedingen en verwerken van feedback
- Zorgen voor een gestructureerde overdracht van gewonnen aanbestedingen naar de uitvoerende teams

WIE BEN JIJ?

- Je beschikt over hbo of universitair werk‑ en denkniveau
- Je hebt ervaring met aanbestedingen of met het werken aan complexe projecten, trajecten of dossiers
- Je bent sterk in begrijpend lezen en het analyseren van complexe teksten
- Je schrijft helder, gestructureerd en doelgericht
- Je houdt overzicht en werkt nauwkeurig, ook wanneer meerdere trajecten parallel lopen
- Je werkt zelfstandig en stemt makkelijk af met verschillende stakeholders
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk

Ervaring met bidmanagement, IT of de overheid is een pré, maar geen vereiste.

Afhankelijk van je ervaring neem je meer of minder verantwoordelijkheid in strategie, regie en kwaliteitsbewaking binnen het biedproces.
