As a Senior Project Manager at Spiria, you will be required to: - Lead teams in the design, execution and delivery of digital projects; - Establish a relationship of trust with our clients by acting as their main point of contact and advisor; - Keep projects on track in terms of time, budget and functionality, using performance indicators and Earned Value Management (EVM); - Demonstrate a strong understanding and interest in the business reality and objectives pursued by customers; - Identify the risks, estimate the efforts, anticipate the challenges and optimize the use of resources throughout the project; - Participate in the continuous improvement of project management processes and the sharing of best practices within the team; - Adapt communication according to interlocutors, context and objectives, while maintaining a fluid and professional collaboration; - Enable a collaborative climate by resolving minor conflicts in a professional manner and motivating the team towards common goals; - Any other related tasks. The keys to your success - 8 years of professional experience in digital project management (software, web, mobile, etc.); - Have a university degree in management or computer science; - Bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written)*; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate well within multidisciplinary teams; - Strong autonomy and problem-solving skills; - Ability to adapt quickly to achieve objectives on time; - Knowledge of Earned Valued Management methodology; - Knowledge of Project Management Institute (PMI) PMBOK standard; - Concrete experience with Jira and Confluence in a professional context; - Good knowledge of Agile management principles; - PMP, Scrum and Product Owner certification (an asset).
