Responsabilidades Principales: - Revisión y verificación de reportes internos de facturas pendientes de registro de forma mensual - Garantizar que la información de cada factura coincida con legislaciones del país a cargo - Registrar y renombrar facturas en sistema según el nombre del vendor / cliente - Responsable de generar espacios con equipo de medios para resolver posibles discrepancias y buscar mejora continua en procesos - Asistir a los procedimientos de cierre de fin de mes de facturación, verificando la consolidación de facturas, que estén registradas en tiempo y notificando oportunamente cualquier irregularidad. - Apoyo general en el proceso de facturación Educación Graduado de Contabilidad, administración de empresas o carreras afines.
