This role serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring solutions align with mission objectives, regulatory requirements, and user needs in complex environments. ## Key Responsibilities - Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements. - Translate business needs into clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria. - Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, and backlog refinement sessions. - Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. - Support prioritization of requirements in collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders. - Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the software development lifecycle. - Collaborate with development, QA, and UX teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements. - Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate delivered solutions meet business needs. - Maintain documentation including business requirements documents (BRDs), process flows, and functional specifications.
