Sobre a vaga e missão do cargo

Você fará parte do time responsável pelas comunicações comerciais da nossa Home (Web e App) para PF e PJ, atuando na gestão de campanhas digitais, organização do calendário comercial e acompanhamento das ações promocionais. Sua atuação será fundamental para garantir uma experiência relevante e alinhada aos objetivos de negócio, por meio da execução e acompanhamento de campanhas, ofertas e comunicações promocionais.

No seu dia a dia, você vai:

- Garantir a correta execução e validação das comunicações comerciais na Web e no SuperApp para PF e PJ;
- Planejar, organizar e acompanhar calendários comerciais, campanhas, ofertas e ações sazonais;
- Elaborar briefings e atuar em parceria com os times de Marketing e áreas correlatas;
- Realizar benchmarkings de mercado e identificar oportunidades de melhoria para as ações comerciais;
- Atualizar controles, relatórios e materiais de acompanhamento das iniciativas da área;
- Contribuir para a otimização da experiência dos clientes e dos resultados das campanhas comerciais no nosso Shopping.

O que buscamos

Obrigatórios:

- Ensino superior completo em Administração, Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda ou áreas correlatas;

- Experiência prévia com rotinas de comunicação digital, calendário comercial, campanhas ou e-commerce;

- Excel avançado;

- Perfil organizado, analítico e com atenção aos detalhes;

- Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;

- Proatividade e capacidade de acompanhamento simultâneo de múltiplas demandas;

- Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e interface com áreas multidisciplinares.

Desejáveis:

- Experiência com Google Analytics;

- Conhecimento em Google Tag Manager;

- Noções de SQL;

- Vivência com operações de e-commerce, marketplaces ou apps;
