Você fará parte do time de Planejamento Comercial da InterPag, dentro da vertical de Parcerias, com a missão de transformar dados em decisões estratégicas para acelerar o crescimento por canais indiretos com rentabilidade e previsibilidade. A área atua como braço analítico da organização, conectando Comercial, Produto, Finanças, Risco e Jurídico para construir business cases, forecasts, análises de pipeline e estratégias de pricing que orientam quais parceiros priorizar, em quais condições e com qual retorno esperado — protegendo margem e dando visibilidade de TPV, receita e resultado.

No seu dia a dia, você vai:

- Construir estudos e business cases para novas parcerias, com premissas de volume, preço, custos, churn e cenários;
- Elaborar forecasts de TPV, receita e margem, aumentando a previsibilidade de resultados e a acurácia das projeções;
- Acompanhar o pipeline comercial, metas e performance, identificando rapidamente desvios, riscos e oportunidades;
- Apoiar decisões comerciais e da liderança com análises de pricing, MDR, antecipação e rev share;
- Criar painéis e análises em BI, integrando diferentes fontes de dados para dar visibilidade e velocidade à tomada de decisão;
- Extrair, cruzar e explorar dados utilizando SQL e Excel avançado, convertendo análises em recomendações objetivas;
- Interagir de forma próxima com Comercial, Produto, Finanças, Risco e Jurídico, sustentando decisões com dados e senso crítico;
- Apresentar conclusões, cenários e recomendações (e não apenas relatórios), suportando decisões sobre quais parcerias avançar e em quais condições.

O que buscamos Obrigatórios:

- Experiência sólida em Planejamento Comercial, Inteligência Comercial, Pricing, Estratégia Comercial ou FP&A (faixa esperada: 3 a 8 anos);
- Vivência com forecast, business cases, análise de margem, acompanhamento de metas e contato com P&L;
- Capacidade de transformar modelos e análises em recomendações objetivas para a liderança;
- Excel avançado e modelagem financeira (cenários, premissas, margem e retorno);
- SQL para extração e cruzamento de dados;
- Ferramentas de BI (ex.: Tableau ou similares) para construção de painéis e análises;
- Familiaridade com ferramentas de IA aplicadas a produtividade/análises (diferencial na rotina, mas esperado como parte do toolkit);
- Comunicação clara e orientada por dados, autonomia, visão de dono, senso crítico e priorização;
- Formação em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Estatística, Matemática ou áreas correlatas.

Desejáveis:

- Experiência no mercado financeiro, especialmente em adquirência e meios de pagamento (TPV, MDR, antecipação de recebíveis);
- Vivência com parcerias, canais indiretos ou modelos B2B2C;
- Python ou R para análises e automações;
- Experiência com CRM (ex.: Salesforce);
- Conhecimento de forecast com séries temporais.
