As you move through the process, we'll work together to understand which team and opportunity are the best fit for your profile and interests. ## Team description SumUp's Business Analyst community turns operational and commercial challenges into clear, data backed decisions. As a Business Analyst, you'll partner with stakeholders across sales, operations and finance, building the dashboards, projects and insights that support better decisions every day. Sales Channels Support one of SumUp's sales channels with dashboards, metrics and routines that help leadership track performance and productivity. You'll also work with the People Enablement teams, tracking onboarding success and supporting initiatives that help reduce turnover. Operations Automation Help scale automation across SumUp's Americas support operations. You'll identify where automated or AI assisted interactions can replace manual work, partner with engineering and product teams to build these solutions, and help keep quality and trust high as automation grows. Onboarding and Verification Improve how merchants are verified across Brazil, Chile and the US. You'll support projects that reduce friction in the onboarding and verification journey, partnering with identity, risk and engineering teams, while keeping an eye on regulatory requirements. Commercial Planning (Sales and Growth) Build the forecasting and investment models that guide decisions for our Sales and Growth teams. You'll track performance, develop ways to measure the return on sales investment, and partner with stakeholders across Finance and Sales to improve how we plan and invest. KYC, Fraud Prevention and Regulatory Operations Support SumUp's Brazil onboarding operations by strengthening how we manage KYC and fraud prevention.
