## DEINE AUFGABEN

- Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen im lower Funnel und Identifikation von Cross-Selling Potenzialen (Wärmepumpe)
- Erstellung, Tracking und Interpretation relevanter Funnel, Performance und Wachstums KPIs
- Identifikation von Prozessineffizienzen, auch mithilfe von AI, sowie Unterstützung bei der Ableitung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Auswertung von Maßnahmen zur Reaktivierung verlorener Leads
- Enge Betreuung/Enablement des Tagesgeschäft im Sales, sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Operations und Product zur Umsetzung datengetriebener Optimierungen

## DEIN PROFIL

- Erste relevante Berufserfahrung (1-2 Jahre) im Management Consulting, Venture Building, Startup Umfeld oder in einem anderen skalierungsorientierten, schnellebigen Umfeld (Growth Operations/Business Development-Rolle)
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und die Motivation, neue Themen eigenverantwortlich von der ersten Idee bis zur Umsetzung voranzutreiben
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und datenorientiert, kannst komplexe Zusammenhänge schnell erfassen und daraus pragmatische Handlungsempfehlungen ableiten
- Erfahrung mit AI-Tools, digitalen Produkten oder AI-getriebenen Geschäftsmodellen ist ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
