## DEINE AUFGABEN

- Du analysierst zentrale Unternehmens-, Produkt- und Performance-KPIs und identifizierst relevante Trends, Muster und Optimierungspotenziale
- Du untersuchst Nutzerverhalten, Customer Funnels und Geschäftsprozesse, um datenbasierte Insights abzuleiten
- Du bereitest große Datenmengen auf, strukturierst Analysen und entwickelst aussagekräftige Reports und Dashboards
- Du übersetzt komplexe Datenanalysen in klare Handlungsempfehlungen für Business- und Produktentscheidungen
- Du führst Ad-hoc-Analysen durch und beantwortest zentrale Geschäftsfragen mithilfe datenbasierter Ansätze
- Du unterstützt bei Forecasts, Business Cases und Profitabilitätsanalysen
- Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit relevanten Teams KPI-Strukturen weiter und hilfst dabei, datengetriebene Entscheidungen im Unternehmen zu etablieren

## DEIN PROFIL

- Du studierst Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Analytics, Statistik, Mathematik, Finance oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Du hast eine starke Affinität zu Zahlen, Daten und analytischen Fragestellungen
- Du kannst komplexe Sachverhalte strukturiert analysieren und daraus klare Erkenntnisse ableiten
- Du arbeitest sicher mit Excel und hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit SQL, Python, BI-Tools oder Datenvisualisierung gesammelt
- Du arbeitest sorgfältig, detailorientiert und hast Freude daran, Ursachen zu verstehen und datenbasierte Lösungen zu entwickeln
- Du interessierst dich dafür, wie Daten genutzt werden können, um bessere Geschäftsentscheidungen zu treffen
