업무내용

- 쿠팡이츠 배달 서비스 전반의 Customer Experience(CX) 품질을 실시간으로 모니터링하고, 고객 경험에 영향을 미치는 이슈를 조기에 감지·대응할 수 있는 운영 체계를 구축합니다.
- 주문 퍼널(App 진입 → 검색 → 장바구니 → 결제 → 주문 완료) 전반의 핵심 지표를 관리하며, 이상 징후를 탐지하기 위한 모니터링 프레임워크 및 Detection Logic을 설계합니다.
- 인시던트 발생 시 SOP(Standard Operating Procedure) 준수 여부를 모니터링하고, 표준화된 대응 프로세스를 고도화합니다.
- SOP가 정의되지 않은 신규 이슈 발생 시 Strategy, Product, Engineering, Operations, Merchant 등 주요 Stakeholder 및 Leadership Team과 협업하여 대응 체계를 수립하고 신속하게 에스컬레이션합니다.
- 자동 Alert 시스템, 운영 대시보드(Control Panel), 비즈니스 자동화 솔루션을 기획 및 구축하여 운영 효율성과 문제 탐지 정확도를 향상시킵니다.
- 실시간 데이터 기반으로 서비스 이상 징후를 분석하고, 전사 영향도 및 Root Cause를 파악하여 개선 과제를 도출합니다.

자격 요건

- 총 10년 이상의 경력을 보유하신 분
- Program Management, Product Management, Business Operations, Strategy, Process Improvement, Service Operations 분야 중 하나 이상의 경험을 보유하신 분
- 데이터 기반으로 문제를 정의하고 해결 방안을 도출한 경험이 있는 분
- 서비스 모니터링 체계, 운영 프로세스 또는 Incident Management 프로세스를 구축하거나 개선한 경험이 있는 분
- 다양한 이해관계자(Product, Engineering, Strategy, Operations 등)와 협업하며 프로젝트를 성공적으로 리드한 경험이 있는 분
- 복잡한 문제를 구조화하고 우선순위를 설정하여 실행할 수 있는 역량을 보유하신 분
- Senior Leadership(VP, Director급) 대상 커뮤니케이션 및 의사결정 지원 경험이 있는 분
