We leverage the power of digital assets and blockchain to build an inclusive financial ecosystem to advance the freedom of money and improve financial access for people around the world. ## Responsibilities - Act as the primary point of contact for financial regulators and supervisory authorities. - Lead regulatory inspections, inquiries, audits, and ongoing supervisory engagements. - Manage remediation programs arising from regulatory reviews, audits, or internal assessments. - Coordinate cross-functional responses to regulatory requests and ensure timely delivery of required documentation. - Draft and maintain regulatory submissions, including Client Money Policies, fund flow reports, risk assessments, and other regulatory documentation. - Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the business. - Develop and maintain compliance frameworks supporting key payment and fiat activities - Conduct compliance assessments of payment service providers, payment agents, settlement agents, and other financial partners. - Perform due diligence and risk evaluations for payment-related business relationships. - Ensure compliance with cross-border payment regulations and applicable financial crime requirements. - Support and lead the expansion of payment Licences into new jurisdictions - Lead the development, review, and enhancement of internal compliance policies, procedures, and controls, supporting business growth but ensuring regulatory compliance and best practice - Conduct gap analyses against regulatory requirements and industry best practices. - Perform onboarding risk assessments for new partners, vendors, and strategic business relationships. - Cross function collaboration, including  with Legal, Risk, Operations, Product, and Business teams to ensure regulatory requirements are appropriately embedded into business processes. ## Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline. - 10+ years of experience in Regulatory Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Business Compliance, or related functions within regulated financial institutions. - Demonstrated experience directly engaging with financial regulators and PSP/EMI/MSB type licensing frameworks.
