## Job description

Onze groei, ambitie en energie willen we dan ook erg graag aanvullen met Business Consultants die voor onze klanten de beste oplossing bedenken en implementeren.

Als Business Consultant bij Atabix ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren van de behoeften van onze klanten en het bieden van strategisch advies om hun organisatiedoelstellingen te realiseren. Je zult nauw samenwerken met onze klanten om hun bedrijfsprocessen te begrijpen, problemen te identificeren en op maat gemaakte oplossingen te ontwikkelen. Je zult vooral betrokken zijn bij het implementeren van deze oplossingen en het bieden van follow-upondersteuning om ervoor te zorgen dat onze klanten succesvol zijn.

Je begint met een training in het gebruik van onze in-house ontwikkelde no-code SaaS producten. Daarna volgt een inwerkperiode waar je meeloopt tijdens een echte implementatie van 1-3 maanden bij een van onze klanten. Vervolgens ga je binnen een team, samen met een projectmanager en eventueel andere business consultants, aan de slag bij een van onze klanten! Uiteraard word je tijdens deze hele periode –maar ook daarna - ondersteund door 1 of meerdere senior collega’s waar je terecht kunt met al je vragen.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

- Analyseren van de zakelijke behoeften van klanten en het identificeren van kansen voor verbetering.
- Ontwikkelen van strategische oplossingen en plannen om klantdoelstellingen te bereiken.
- Samenwerken met interne teams om oplossingen te implementeren en klanttevredenheid te waarborgen.
- Implementeren van onze in-house ontwikkelde no-code SaaS oplossingen.
- Leveren van training en ondersteuning aan klanten over nieuwe systemen of processen.
- Het opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke relaties met klanten om langetermijn succes te waarborgen.

Wie ben jij?

- Bachelor- of masterdiploma.
- 3+ jaar ervaring als business consultant/analist, implementatie consultant, SaaS consultant of vergelijkbare rol.
- Uitstekende analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
- Sterke communicatie- en presentatievaardigheden.
- Vermogen om effectief te werken in teamverband en zelfstandig.
- Ervaring met projectmanagement en het implementeren van bedrijfsoplossingen is een pluspunt.
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
