Votre mission

Générer de la croissance, chaque semaine, avec du contenu qui marque. Vous prenez les commandes de tout l'écosystème content : production, distribution, amplification. Votre objectif ? Construire LE média de référence qui inspire les meilleurs praticiens et accélère leur excellence. Nous avons les fondations : 10 000 praticiens actifs, plus de 200 webinaires avec les KOL du secteur, 1000 participants moyens par session. Il nous manque la tête qui transforme cet or en machine de croissance scalable.

Ce qui vous attend concrètement

- Vous créerez la machine à contenu qui fait la différence. Chaque webinaire deviendra 10 formats différents. Chaque interview se déclinera en vidéos, articles, posts, newsletters. Vous maîtriserez l'art du recyclage intelligent et de la distribution multicanal.
- Votre terrain de jeu : vidéos percutantes, interviews terrain, contenus écrits premium, visuels pédagogiques. Vous animerez notre communauté de praticiens et contribuerez à notre académie de formation.

Le profil qu'on recherche

Vous êtes ce content lead obsédé par une seule chose : générer des leads qualifiés avec du contenu qui marque. Chaque post, chaque vidéo, chaque newsletter a un objectif mesurable. Vous pensez ROI autant que créativité. Vous avez le réflexe contenu permanent : une réunion devient un post LinkedIn, un retour client se transforme en témoignage, une formation interne donne 5 formats différents. Vous contaminez toute l'équipe avec cette logique.

Votre expérience :

- 3+ ans en content marketing, idéalement en agence où vous avez orchestré des stratégies globales (social, newsletter, webinaires, influence). Vous savez aussi bien briefer un influenceur que monter une vidéo vous-même.
- Vous maîtrisez la production ET la distribution. Vous savez où publier, quand, comment amplifier. Surtout, vous êtes obsédé par la consistency : publier régulièrement n'est pas une contrainte, c'est votre carburant.
- Vous avez un profil entrepreneur : vous testez, vous mesurez, vous itérez. Vous n'avez pas peur de vous salir les mains pour faire décoller les résultats.
- Ce qui fera la différence : une sensibilité au secteur santé et l'envie sincère de créer LE média de référence de la santé intégrative.
