Unser Partnerunternehmen ist der digitale Direktvertriebs-Motor einer etablierten Unternehmensgruppe im B2B-Großhandel für Lineartechnik, mit zwei eigenen Marken für den digitalen Direktvertrieb an B2B- und B2C-Kunden. Das Team arbeitet mit Start-up-Mindset innerhalb einer etablierten Konzernstruktur, mit Fokus auf Tempo und Wirkung statt Absicherung, klein an Größe, aber groß in den Themen, die es bewegt. Wir suchen eine(n) Business Development and Operations Manager:in (m/w/d), der/die die strategische Umsetzung und operative Exzellenz vorantreibt, in direkter Berichtslinie an die Geschäftsführung. Das Team hat den Maßstab: Umsetzung schlägt Theorie.

Zur Position:

- Sei Kraftmultiplikator und vertrauenswürdiger Berater der Geschäftsführung: Du kennst den Kontext, triffst Entscheidungen in ihrer Abwesenheit und lieferst fundierte Erkenntnisse, Risikobewertungen und umsetzbare Empfehlungen
- Treibe strategische Initiativen wie neue Wachstumshebel, Internationalisierung, Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing, Tech-Infrastruktur und Pricing von Null bis zur Fertigstellung, oder unterstütze das Team als Sparringspartner
- Baue die operativen Grundlagen: Etabliere Arbeitsrhythmen, Prozesse und Kommunikationsabläufe, sorge für einen reibungslosen Tagesbetrieb mit klarer Abstimmung und verlässlicher Nachverfolgung, und löse Bottlenecks bei dir selbst und im Team
- Übernimm die Verantwortung für Finanzen und KPIs: Reporting, Optimierung und Kursentwicklung, damit die Geschäftsführung jederzeit einen klaren Überblick hat
- Denke Arbeitsabläufe KI-gestützt neu: Wenn sich ein Prozess automatisieren lässt, findest du einen Weg dafür

Dein Profil:

- 3 - 5 Jahre Erfahrung, zum Beispiel in der Top-Strategieberatung, als Marketing-Lead in einem eCommerce-Scale-up, in einem schnell wachsenden Start-up, oder als Gründer:in mit echtem Aufbauerfolg
- Strukturiert und analytisch stark: Du bringst Ordnung ins Chaos durch den Aufbau nachhaltiger Systeme, analysierst morgens die Marktpositionierung und arbeitest nachmittags ein Finanzmodell durch, GuV, Marketing-Kennzahlen und Unit Economics beherrschst du
- AI-native: Du nutzt KI-Tools täglich und verwandelst komplexe Konzepte und unübersichtliche Finanzdaten in klare, überzeugende Memos, für die Geschäftsleitung ebenso wie fürs Team
- Bonus: technische Grundkompetenz, Shop-Infrastruktur und E-Commerce-Systeme sind für dich kein Neuland, du kannst technische Dienstleister und Entwickler kompetent steuern
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch (C1+ oder Native)
