## THE ROLE

As a Business Development Intern, you'll work directly with Newform's leadership and sales team to support outbound sales, partnerships, and revenue expansion. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to how a high-growth agency acquires, qualifies, and closes clients. You'll help research prospects, support outreach efforts, prepare sales materials, and assist in managing the top of the funnel. This is not a "watch from the sidelines" internship—you'll be embedded in real deals with billion-dollar companies.

## RESPONSIBILITIES

- Research and identify potential clients across tech, mobile, and consumer brands
- Build and maintain prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, HubSpot
- Support outbound outreach efforts (email, LinkedIn, and warm intros)
- Help prepare pitch decks, proposals, and sales materials
- Assist in tracking leads, pipeline status, and deal notes in CRM tools
- Sit in on sales calls and client meetings to learn discovery, positioning, and closing
- Support partnerships, referrals, and special growth initiatives as needed

## REQUIREMENTS

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and basic analysis
- Curious about startups, marketing, sales, and entrepreneurship
- Self-starter mindset: proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
