For decades, the NHS has struggled with fragmented systems that make simple tasks feel impossible. At Accurx, we’re changing that by building a single, system-wide platform that helps every patient get gold-standard, efficient, and joined-up care. What started as a way for GPs to text a patient has now evolved into an all-in-one digital toolkit used by 98% of GP practices. Our platform now powers [Total Triage](https://www.accurx.com/primary-care) to manage patient demand, and [Self-Book,](https://www.accurx.com/booking) which lets patients schedule their own appointments in seconds. We’ve automated routine care with [Patient Questionnaires](https://www.accurx.com/questionnaires) for long-term conditions, while [Accumail](https://www.accurx.com/accumail) finally allows staff-to-staff communication to happen instantly across different care settings. We’re now pushing the boundaries of the consultation itself with [Accurx Scribe](https://www.accurx.com/scribe), our AI-powered note-taker that drafts medical notes in real-time. We’re not just shipping features. We’re giving clinicians their time back and ensuring every patient journey is as smooth as it should be. The team Most of our growth so far has happened in England. Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are three separate health systems, each with its own clinical systems, procurement routes, information governance rules and digital strategy, and none of them have an ICB layer to sell into. This role owns all three. It is a genuinely blank page. You work out what winning looks like in each nation, then build the repeatable way to do it, selling everything from a single practice subscription to a health board wide agreement. - Owning three health systems, not one region: building pipeline across Scottish and Welsh health boards, clusters, PCNs, GP federations and HSC Trusts in Northern Ireland, and adapting your approach to the structures that actually exist in each. - Selling at every level: running fast, high volume practice level deals alongside long, multi stakeholder board and national negotiations, and knowing which one you are in. - Winning the technical argument: these deals are frequently won or lost on integration. You will hold your own with eHealth teams, IG leads and national bodies on clinical systems, APIs, deployment routes and assurance, without waiting for an engineer to join the call. - Turning pilots into contracts: generating credible local evidence and then converting it into paid, scaled agreements rather than letting it stall as a permanent trial. - Using data to pick your battles: building the territory model from list sizes, usage, adoption and pipeline data, and using it to decide where a national deal is realistic and where practice by practice is the faster path. - Building the playbook: leaving behind documented, repeatable go to market approaches per nation, so this patch scales beyond you. You should apply if... - You are a proven deal-closer with a track record of carrying your own number and consistently hitting it. - You are comfortable at both ends of the deal size range, equally credible on a quick practice level close and a twelve month, multi stakeholder board negotiation. - You are technically fluent and can pick up how a product integrates with the systems around it, explain it accurately to a technical audience, and stay credible when the questions get detailed. - You are not put off by complexity, whether that is clinical systems, interoperability, deployment routes or information governance. You treat it as part of the sale, not someone else’s problem. - You are a strategic thinker who can build a territory plan from a blank page, defend the choices in it, and change it when the ground shifts. - You are data-led and at home in spreadsheets, CRM and reporting tools, able to turn complex information into clear priorities and a compelling pitch. - You are a self-starter who is energised rather than unnerved by an unmapped patch and no established playbook. - You are mission-driven and motivated by the chance to change how healthcare communication works across three nations at once. What’s in it for me? You'll be joining an established but fast-growing Tech for Good movement, where we're led by our [Principles](https://www.notion.so/accurx/How-we-work-Accurx-Principles-211640edee304821b4480d3f9c30e051) and our [mission](https://accurx.notion.site/Mission-and-Vision-fe9b12ff78bd4a7996682fc5c09c2d8e) to solve healthcare productivity. - £55,000 - £75,000 salary + share options up to £15,000 - [Benefits to suit you:](https://accurx.notion.site/Perks-Benefits-f1e9148b71be486791aa2c503e5d775a?pvs=74)adjust your healthcare cover, your pension or life insurance, whatever stage you’re at in life - Flexible working: We are an office first culture and ask that you’re in our (dog-friendly) Shoreditch office 3 days a week, with core hours of 10am - 4pm - Time off: You’ll get 28 days of holiday (plus bank holidays) and up to 4 weeks to work from anywhere per year - Family matters: We offer enhanced parental leave, fertility support and parental loss support - We have our very own Chef! Free healthy breakfasts, snacks and lunches will be provided, with the occasional sweet treat! ## About Accurx ## Company Overview - **One-liner**: Accurx provides a communication platform that connects patients and healthcare professionals across the NHS, making healthcare staff happier and patients healthier. - **Entity Type**: Private (Series B) - **Headquarters**: London, United Kingdom - **Founded**: 2016 - **Founders**: Jacob Haddad and Laurence Bargery ## Core Business - **Primary industry**: Healthcare Technology (HealthTech) - **Target customers**: B2B, primarily the UK's National Health Service (NHS) — including GP practices, hospital trusts, and community care providers. - **Mission**: To fix healthcare communication, making NHS professionals happier and patients healthier. ## Products & Services - **Accurx Platform (Core)**: A unified communication platform for the NHS.
