Join Weploy’s Sales Team as a Business Development Manager! We’re entering our next phase of growth, and we’re looking for someone who wants to own their market and help build the business.

Who We Are: We’re a tech enabled recruitment agency with a mission to make Recruitment Not Suck. Leveraging our award winning tech, we specialise in customer service and contact centre talent for some of Australia’s biggest brands such as Medibank, Australian Unity and Rebel Sport. We’re known for getting quality bums on seats, fast.

What You’ll Do:

- Prospect and win new clients through calls, LinkedIn, email and meeting people face to face
- Lead meetings with senior decision makers on your own, from first chat to signed deal
- Understand each client’s real problem and build the right solution
- Own your accounts long term, staying close to your clients and growing the partnership year on year, with our Talent team handling delivery
- Travel across states to build relationships in person
