In this pivotal role, you'll partner with schools to enhance their fundraising efforts while championing the transformative power of reading and literacy for children. This role is responsible for achieving quarterly/annual fair count and market penetration goals. Your primary responsibility will be connecting with schools through strategic outbound calling, nurturing inbound leads via phone and email, and ultimately securing multiple seasons of scheduled book fair events. This sales-driven position centers on building meaningful relationships with educators and administrators who share our passion for student success. The ideal candidate brings genuine enthusiasm for promoting literacy in schools, coupled with a strong background in sales and territory management abilities, and exceptional motivation. This role may have opportunities to represent Literati Book Fairs at trade shows and conferences, sharing our story and expanding our reach within the education community. Compensation: The anticipated base hourly rate is $22.67–$28.00, plus uncapped commission and quarterly performance bonuses.
