Deine Mission

Als Business Director - DACH verantwortest du den operativen Betrieb des deutschen Marktes – dem größten und umsatzstärksten Markt von roadsurfer. Du stellst sicher, dass Stationen, Flotte sowie Repair-&-Maintenance-Prozesse stabil, effizient und skalierbar aufgestellt sind und die operativen Zielgrößen in Bezug auf Kosten, Qualität, Verfügbarkeit und Kundenzufriedenheit zuverlässig erreicht werden. Du steuerst das operative Tagesgeschäft über alle deutschen Standorte hinweg, arbeitest in einer Matrixorganisation eng mit zentralen Teams zusammen und sorgst für klare Abläufe, konsequente Umsetzung und messbare Performance.

Die Rolle – dein operativer Verantwortungsbereich

Als Business Director - DACH trägst du die operative End-to-End-Verantwortung für den deutschen Markt. Dein Fokus liegt auf Performance-Steuerung, operativer Stabilität und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung.

Operative Steuerung & KPI-Ownership

- Steuerung von Station Operations und Flottenverfügbarkeit
- Verantwortung für zentrale operative KPIs, u. a.:
- Fahrzeugverfügbarkeit & Standzeiten
- Repair-&-Maintenance-Kosten pro Fahrzeug
- Pickup-&-Return-Produktivität
- Service- & Qualitätskennzahlen (z. B. NPS/SQS)
- Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen bei Zielabweichungen sowie konsequente Nachverfolgung der Umsetzung
- Transparente Kommunikation von Risiken, Abhängigkeiten und operativen Blockern

Kosten, Budget & Ergebnisverantwortung

- Verantwortung für die operativen Budgets des deutschen Marktes
- Enge Abstimmung der Topline mit dem Commercial- und Pricing-Team
- Sicherstellung der Kostenkontrolle in Operations, Fleet- und R&M-Bereich
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Finance & Controlling zu Forecasts, Abweichungen und Effizienzhebeln

Führung & operative Organisation

- Führung und Weiterentwicklung der operativen Management-Struktur (z. B. Regional Manager)
- Sicherstellung klarer Verantwortlichkeiten, Entscheidungswege und Eskalationslogiken
- Aufbau einer belastbaren Performance- und Feedback-Kultur auf Stations- und Regionsebene

Prozess- & Qualitätsmanagement

- Kontinuierliche Optimierung operativer Prozesse entlang der Customer Journey (Pickup, Return, Fleet Care)
- Sicherstellung einheitlicher Standards sowie deren konsequente Umsetzung an allen Standorten
- Reduktion operativer Komplexität durch Standardisierung und klare Priorisierung

Was du brauchst, um mit uns auf einer Welle zu surfen

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer stark operativen Führungsrolle in einem dezentralen Umfeld
- Nachweisbare Verantwortung für operative KPIs, Budgets sowie Kostenkontrolle
- Erfahrung in Operations, Fleet oder assetnahen Geschäftsmodellen
- Führungserfahrung über mehrere Standorte hinweg
- Hohe Zahlen- und Analysekompetenz sowie ausgeprägte datenbasierte Entscheidungsfindung
- Starke Umsetzungsfähigkeit, Klarheit im Handeln und eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in einer Matrixorganisation
- Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Reisen innerhalb Deutschlands und in das Headquarter nach München / Frankfurt
