As a member of the Business Operations Support Team within the Accessibility Office, this role supports organizational operations by collaborating with various teams across Woven by Toyota. Through a wide range of responsibilities, including information management, inquiry handling, administrative processes, and content management, the role helps ensure smooth internal operations across the organization. We offer an environment where you can progressively expand your responsibilities based on your experience, skills, and aptitude. ## RESPONSIBILITIES ・Handle inquiries from internal and external stakeholders (via email, chat, ticketing systems, etc.) ・Maintain and update information in internal systems and knowledge databases ・Create and update operational manuals and procedural documentation ・Process administrative requests such as purchasing applications and payment processing ・Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and vendors, arrange meetings, and support various operational and project-related activities ・Compile, analyze, and share operational data ・Update and publish information on the internal intranet and websites ・Support the operation of internal and external events and seminars (Note: These responsibilities are examples; the scope of work will be adjusted based on your experience and aptitude.) ## MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - Hold a disability certificate issued by a Japanese public institution (shogaisha techo) - 2+ years of professional work experience - Business-level proficiency in Japanese - Comfortable reading and writing in English - Experience using business software such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office - Experience using basic business tools (email, calendar, chat, etc.) - Experience in data processing using Spreadsheet or Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) - Ability to follow rules and procedures to perform tasks accurately ## NICE TO HAVES ・Experience working in a global company ・Experience reading and creating English documents using translation tools ・Experience with operational improvements using IT tools or AI ・Experience in administrative departments such as HR, Legal, Finance, Procurement, or PR ・Experience creating presentation materials or manuals ・Experience creating or updating website content ・Experience in video creation, editing, and production (Necessary accommodations can be discussed during the selection process and after joining.) ========================================================================= Important Points ・All interviews will be arranged via Google Meet, unless otherwise stated. ・The same job descriptions are available in both English and Japanese; therefore, we kindly ask that you apply to only one version. ・We kindly request that you submit your resume in English, if possible.
