## Job description

Waar Crisp inmiddels een bekende naam is op het gebied van duurzaam en goed eten zullen weinig mensen weten dat we ons ook onderscheiden met onze eigen vers bereidde maaltijden. Vroeger was de Eetfabriek enkel een leverancier van Crisp maar door onze krachten te bundelen is de Eetfabriek van een leverancier van ongeveer 50 maaltijden uitgegroeid tot vers bereid door Crisp met een productieruimte die ongeveer 2000 maaltijden per dag produceren. Deze groei en dynamische werkomgeving is nog steeds te merken maar inmiddels met meer volwassenheid, helemaal in het Crisp straatje.

## WAT JE GAAT DOEN

Als onderdeel van het Vers bereid kantoor team zal je samen met de inkoop manager werken aan een efficiëntere stroom en verwerking van informatie. De informatie die hierbij komt kijken zijn onder andere: inkoopprijzen, voorraadwaarden en hoeveelheden, prijzen van het assortiment en het overbrengen van deze informatie naar de productie. Je werk zal met name betrekking hebben op de vers bereid afdeling van het eigen merk van Crisp.

## DIT BEN JIJ

- Inkoop facturen checken en eventuele verkeerde hoeveelheden of prijzen signaleren en vervolgens communiceren met de manager en/of de leverancier.
- Lever data analyseren en inspecteren waarna voorraden besproken worden met de manager en het productie personeel.
- Minimale voorraad hoeveelheden berekenen vanuit data om vervolgens bestellingen te plaatsen bij leveranciers.
- Meedenken aan een optimale voorraad en de plaatsing hiervan.
- Meedenken binnen het product ontwikkeling team op basis van de inkoop.

## DIT BEN JIJ

Als ideale stagiair voldoe je aan het volgende profiel:

- Je hebt minimaal MBO-werk- en denkniveau en bent op zoek naar een meewerkstage.
- Je neemt initiatief, bent niet op je mond gevallen en hebt gevoel voor commercie.
- Je bent nieuwsgierig, leergierig en je werkt accuraat en zelfstandig.
- Je hebt (net als de rest van ons team) een passie voor duurzaam maar en vooral lekker eten.
- Je bent tenminste 32 uur per week beschikbaar.
- Je bent minimaal 5 maanden beschikbaar vanaf februari.
