チームについて 私たちのチームは、制御アルゴリズム、リアルタイム・モーションプランニング、そして高度なパッキング（積み付け）アルゴリズムを融合させた、MujinOSの根幹となるアルゴリズム層の開発を担っています。このレイヤーは、パレタイズ、ピースピッキング、デパレタイズといった下流アプリケーションの基盤となり、ユーザーが私たちのプラットフォーム上で効率的にソリューションを構築することを可能にします。 私たちはスピード感のあるアジャイルな環境で開発を行っており、チーム内での密な連携、オープンなアイデアのレビュー、そして迅速なイテレーションを大切にしています。常に技術的な好奇心を持ち、継続的に学び続ける姿勢が強く推奨されるカルチャーです。 Robotics System Teamの一員として、Mujinのリアルタイム産業用ロボットシステムを支える高度なアルゴリズムの設計・開発・実装をお任せします。

担当領域とチーム構成 チームは主に3つの分野の領域で構成されています。 ご自身の専門分野を軸にしつつ、領域を横断してコラボレーションしていただきます。 制御アルゴリズム (Control Algorithms): リアルタイム軌道制御、ロボットダイナミクス、マルチボディモデリング、精密実行制御など。 モーションプランニング (Motion Planning): 干渉チェック（衝突判定）、サンプリングベースの動作計画、最適化ベースの計画、高速ビンピッキング動作など。 パッキングアルゴリズム (Packing Algorithms): 幾何学的推論、パッキング最適化、アイテムの配置戦略、高速な組み合わせ探索など。

## Responsibilities

- 産業用ロボット（ロボットアームおよび周辺機器）におけるモーションプランニング、制御、パッキング、システム設計に関する技術的・科学的な難題に取り組む。
- ピッキング、パッキング、マテリアルハンドリング（搬送）などのロボット操作タスクに向けたアルゴリズムの設計、開発、テストを行う。
- 並行処理（コンカレンシー）を駆使した、パフォーマンスクリティカルなソフトウェアシステムを構築する。
- C/C++を用いて、ロボットコントローラーや周辺機器とのリアルタイム通信モジュールを実装・最適化する。
- プロジェクトマネジメントチームやインテグレーションチームと連携し、PoC（概念実証）のサポートや、実際の顧客環境での円滑な技術稼働を担保する。

## Minimum Requirements

- コンピュータサイエンス、ロボティクス、機械工学、電気工学、または関連分野における学位。
- ロボティクスまたはソフトウェアエンジニアリングにおける3年以上の実務経験、もしくは研究経験。
- C++（Modern C++推奨）およびPythonの高い習熟度。
- 線形代数、3次元幾何学、およびそれらのロボティクスへの応用に関する理解。
- Linux環境での開発経験。
- 実社会のロボティクスの課題解決に対する強い意欲。

## Preferred Qualifications

- ロボットソフトウェアスタック（ROS、OpenRAVE、または独自のフレームワーク等）における、並行処理または階層的な構造を持つシステムの使用経験。
- 多関節ロボットのハードウェアを扱った実務経験。
- マルチボディダイナミクス、干渉チェック、グラフ/探索アルゴリズム、最適化などの分野における数学的基礎知識。
