Tektomeは、建設業界に特化したAI知能基盤「Tektome Platform」を開発・提供しています。 Tektome Platformは、業務を実行する「AIエージェント」と、業務に関わる知見をひとつに集約する「データベース」の2つで構成されます。図面・プロジェクト資料・議事録・行政協議記録・社内基準書・現場写真といった組織知・暗黙知がAIによって構造化され、エージェントとの対話を通じて業務そのものが進んでいきます。業務の中で生まれた判断や知見は再びデータベースに蓄積され、エージェントもまた組織の知見をもとに洗練されていく——この循環により、使うほど自社固有の知能基盤へと進化していく点が最大の特徴です。

提供ソリューション

Tektome Platform上で、設計・施工業務を担うソリューションを提供しています。 それぞれが特定の業務領域に特化しています。

- KnowledgeBuilder（データベース構築）：散在する組織知をAIが構造化し、参照可能な資産に変える。
- Regulation Research（法令調査）：法令・条例をAIが調査し、根拠まで遡って確認できる。
- ReqManager（要件管理）：文書に散在する設計要件をAIが抽出し、出典付きで一元管理する。
- AI BIM Checker（BIM検証）：BIMモデルを自然言語の対話だけで検証する。

現在提供しているのは代表的なユースケースの一部です。今後は積算・分析ダッシュボード構築・タスク管理など対応領域を拡張予定であり、Tektome Platform上で顧客自身がソリューションを開発することも可能です。意匠設計だけでなく、サブコンやプラントエンジニアリング領域のユースケース開発にも力を入れていくフェーズです。

ポジション概要

本ポジションは、CAD／BIM の実務経験を土台に、Tektome Platform を自ら使いこなし、顧客の現場に伴走しながら活用を成功に導く役割です。

私たちが求めているのは「作図する人」ではありません。 CAD オペレーターとしての経験があるからこそ、

- 顧客が図面やデータについて何に困っているかを、説明される前に理解できる
- 設計事務所・ゼネコンの業務フローや言葉が、通訳なしで通じる
- 受領データの状態を見ただけで、何が起きているか見当がつく

——この「建築実務の解像度」を武器に、Tektome のサービスを顧客の業務に定着させるところまでを担っていただきます。

顧客の現場と Tektome のプロダクトの間に立ち、両方の言葉を話せる存在。 将来的には、顧客課題を技術で解決する Forward Deployed 型の動き方へと役割を広げていくポジションです。

ミッション

顧客が Tektome を「使える」状態から「業務に欠かせない」状態にすること。

そのために、データの受け入れから活用の立ち上げ、現場への定着、プロダクトへのフィードバックまでを一気通貫で担います。

業務内容

顧客伴走・活用支援（コア業務）

- 導入初期〜 PoC フェーズにおける顧客に伴走しながらの立ち上げ支援
- 顧客の設計・施工業務フローのヒアリングと、Tektome 活用シナリオの設計
- 顧客とともに Tektome Platform を実際に操作し、業務での使い方を確立する
- 操作説明・レクチャー・活用事例の共有を通じた現場への定着支援
- 顧客の困りごとの一次受けと、論点の切り分け・社内技術チームへの橋渡し

顧客データの受け入れ・整備

- 受領した CAD／BIM データ（DWG／DXF／RVT／IFC／PDF 等）の状態把握と診断
- 「このデータはそのまま使えるか、どこに崩れ・欠損・不整合があるか」の判断
- Tektome Platform への取り込みを前提としたデータ整備・変換・検証
- 整備結果の可視化と、顧客への説明・改善提案

標準化・プロダクトへの還元

- 顧客対応・データ整備で得た知見のドキュメント化と社内共有
- 繰り返し作業の標準化・仕組み化（チェックリスト・テンプレート・スクリプト活用）
- 顧客の現場で見えた課題や要望を、プロダクトチームへ具体的にフィードバック

必須スキル・経験

- 建築系 CAD／BIM のオペレーター経験 2 年以上 （設計事務所・ゼネコン・サブコン・組織設計・CAD 専業のいずれでも可）
- 建築の設計図書を正しく読み解ける製図知識 （意匠・構造・設備の図面種別、縮尺、記号、寸法の考え方等）
- 顧客や社内の関係者と直接やり取りし、不明点を自ら確認しながら仕事を前に進められるコミュニケーション力

- 顧客の困りごとを聞いたときに、自分ごととして解決まで持っていきたくなる方
- 言われた通りに直すだけでなく、「そもそもこの進め方でよいのか」を問える方
- 新しいツール・プロダクトを自ら触って使いこなすことに抵抗がない方
- 手順を自分の中に閉じず、他の人が再現できる形に残せる方

歓迎するスキル・資格（必須ではありません）

- AutoCAD もしくは Revit／Archicad 等での作図・モデリング実務経験
- 建築設計〜施工の業務フローと、図面・設計データが関係者間でどう扱われるかの理解

- 顧客先常駐・プリセールス同席・導入支援など、顧客と直接向き合った経験
- BIM オペレーター／BIM マネジメント業務の経験
- CAD 標準・社内作図ルールの策定、テンプレート整備の経験
- IFC など中間フォーマットを介したデータ連携・変換の経験
- Dynamo／Grasshopper／スクリプト等による作業自動化の経験
- SaaS プロダクトの導入・活用支援に関わった経験
