You will take campaigns from idea to evaluation, working closely with the Campaign & Activations Manager and cross-functional teams to turn opportunities into high-impact customer moments. - Own end-to-end campaigns: Develop, plan, launch and evaluate campaigns and activations across the Catawiki marketplace, from recurring moments such as No Reserve Days to new initiatives. - Bring fresh ideas to the table: Monitor market trends, cultural moments, category developments and competitor activity to identify new formats, themes and opportunities worth testing. - Measure, optimise and scale: Define success metrics, monitor performance and turn results into clear learnings and recommendations. Use these insights to improve future activations and scale the formats that deliver the strongest business impact. - Shape integrated campaign plans: Partner with CRM, Creative, Merchandising, PR, Paid Media and other channel teams to build cohesive customer journeys and ensure the right message reaches the right audience. - Drive cross-functional delivery: Bring stakeholders together around clear objectives, timelines and responsibilities. You are eager to learn, automate and develop new ways of working through AI.
