Als Campus Recruiter bij AE sta je op jobbeurzen, in auditoria en aan de start van honderden IT-carrières — en bouw je mee aan hoe we elk jaar een nieuwe lichting Young Graduates vinden, overtuigen en klaarstomen voor hun eerste stap in consultancy. Je combineert een oprechte interesse in IT en tech met een neus voor wie er zowel de skills als de nieuwsgierigheid voor heeft. Bij AE begeleid je die eerste kennismaking niet als een eenmalig contactmoment, maar als het begin van een traject dat je zelf mee vormgeeft — van de eerste babbel op een beurs tot de dag dat iemand zijn eerste project bij een klant start. Wat is je focus? - Je denkt mee na over de campus recruitmentstrategie van AE en zet die dagelijks om in actie - Je organiseert en optimaliseert onze campus-initiatieven: jobbeurzen, studentenevents (koffieworkshop, bowlingavond, meet & greets — jij vult dit zelf in), gastcolleges en vakantiejobs - Je voert selectiegesprekken met kandidaten en bent mee verantwoordelijk voor de onboarding van onze Young Graduates - Je werkt daarnaast mee aan bredere recruitment- en HR-projecten, van opstart tot afronding Wie ben jij? - Je bezit een diploma hoger onderwijs (bachelor of master) in een HR-gerelateerd gebied - Je neemt zelf initiatief om mensen te bereiken en durft het gesprek aan te gaan, vragen te stellen en voorstellen te doen.
