As part of the Recruitment team, you’ll work alongside two other Recruiters to attract top talent to HousingAnywhere & Studapart, with a focus on internship positions. We value a high level of ownership, autonomy, teamwork and a results-oriented mindset. ## Your role As the Campus Recruitment Intern, you will play a key role in the internship hiring for our offices in France and Rotterdam. This includes: - Drive the Full-Cycle Process: Step right into the action! You will partner with Hiring Managers in intake meetings, conduct first-round interviews, and guide candidates smoothly through your own pipeline. - Talent Attraction: Get our roles seen by the right young talent. You will strategically publish vacancies across diverse channels and university boards, and jump into proactive sourcing to hunt down talent. - Act as our Brand Ambassador: Be the face of HousingAnywhere!
