Le département Digital & Data Marketing d’Artefact

Au sein des bureaux parisiens, l’équipe Digital & Data Marketing d’Artefact France est composée de 70 consultants dont le rôle est de construire les stratégies digital marketing les plus adaptées aux enjeux de nos clients, de les déployer et d’en mesurer la performance.

En fonction des besoins des clients, nous aurons un rôle de conseil (stratégie, diagnostic de performance, modèle opérationnel, feuille de route, …) et/ou un rôle de mise en oeuvre avec les opérations de campagne et le déploiement de mesure du ROI (attribution/incrémentalité/MMM)

Ces projets s’appuient sur une expertise complète des canaux marketing et des plateformes en Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatique, Retail media, mais aussi sur une expertise avancée et en plein développement du GEO.

Dans ce contexte, nous recherchons pour accompagner notre croissance un(e) consultant(e) digital & data marketing

Responsabilités principales

Le/La consultant(e) digital & data marketing pilote, avec une large autonomie, des projets complets de bout en bout. Localisé dans des équipes chez le client ou dans nos bureaux parisiens, il/elle sera supervisé/e par un n+1 (manager, directeur, partner) et il/elle sera amené(e) à possiblement encadrer les consultants juniors.

Pilotage d’un ou plusieurs streams projet

- Assurer le delivery d’une mission
- Identifier les points de blocage et identifier des pistes de résolutions
- Fournir des feedbacks constructifs aux membres plus juniors de l'équipe

Production des livrables de mission

- Produire de manière autonome des présentations (benchmarks, études de cas/marché, workshops decks, sections steerco) en collaboration horizontale avec les équipes d’experts (Paid Social, Paid Search, …)
- Rédiger des storylines (messages clés, contenu, stratégie média / d’activation / marketing...)
- Préparer et animer les interviews et workshops.

Conduite de la relation client

- Construire une relation de confiance avec les clients en garantissant une qualité de livrables best-in class
- Démontrer de l'assurance dans les situations d’appel d’offres
- Identifier de potentielles opportunités business

Profil :

- Vous avez 2 à 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans un cabinet de conseil ou agence digital & data marketing
- Vous avez un profil avec une culture ‘business’ x ‘data’ x ‘marketing’
- Vous êtes curieux(se) et passionné(e) par les sujets liés à la data, au marketing, et à l’évolution technologique.
- Vous avez un état d'esprit analytique et aimez résoudre des problèmes.
- Vous maîtrisez : Suite Google/Pack Office, outils de workshop.
- Une expérience avec les outils digitaux sera appréciée : Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, etc
- Une excellente communication (écrite / orale) en Français et en Anglais est obligatoire.

Package de rémunération : 45K fixe à 50K fixe (selon profil) + 4K de variable
