We’re growing our business in Turkey with our GoStudent learning centres in Istanbul, and we’re looking for driven Centre Managers to lead the way! This is your chance to join a fast-growing global EdTech company and take ownership of an exciting new hybrid concept that blends online, group, and in-person tutoring. ## Your Role in Our Mission

- Oversee the daily operations of our first GoStudent centre, ensuring smooth scheduling and top-quality services

- Build and lead a local team of tutors and education advisors, fostering an engaging and supportive environment

- Drive local marketing and sales initiatives to grow our customer base and achieve ambitious revenue targets

- Nurture relationships with students and parents to ensure excellent learning outcomes and high satisfaction

- Developing the curriculum and product offering by grade level, and structuring class schedules

- Monitor key performance indicators and use data-driven insights to optimise results

- Maintain a welcoming, safe and well-functioning learning space for students and staff
