- Du übernimmst eigene Arbeitspakete in strategischen und unternehmenskritischen Projekten – von der konzeptionellen Analyse bis zur Umsetzung.
- Du strukturierst komplexe Fragestellungen, verdichtest sie zu klaren Handlungsempfehlungen und bereitest Entscheidungsvorlagen für die Geschäftsführung vor.
- Du führst Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Unternehmensanalysen durch und entwickelst Datenmodelle sowie strategische Frameworks.
- Du arbeitest bereichsübergreifend mit Abteilungen wie Strategy, Finance, Product & Tech, Sales & Marketing, und People & Culture und bringst Initiativen über Abteilungsgrenzen hinweg ins Ziel.

Worauf wir uns freuen können

- Ein starkes akademisches Profil in einem wirtschaftlichen, technischen oder vergleichbaren Studiengang, idealerweise mit Auslandserfahrung.
- Verfügbarkeit für ein Praktikum von 3 bis 6 Monaten.
