## DEINE MISSION UND HERAUSFORDERUNGEN

- Den Blueprint definieren: Fungieren Sie als leitende technische Instanz für Zertifizierungsnormen (ISO 13849, ISO 10218, IEC 61508, ISO 12100) und Compliance-Strategien für das gesamte Roboter-Produktportfolio; seien Sie der zentrale Experte für komplexe Zertifizierungsentscheidungen.
- Das Unbekannte navigieren: Entwickeln Sie Zertifizierungsstrategien für neuartige Roboterarchitekturen (kollaborative Roboter, mobile Manipulatoren, Humanoide), bei denen die Normenabdeckung unvollständig ist oder sich gerade erst entwickelt; treiben Sie risikobasierte Argumentationen in semi-standardisierten Bereichen voran.
- Nachweise & Argumentation: Aufbau und Pflege der Zertifizierungsstruktur (Certification Case), Definition von Argumentationsrahmen, Evidence Mapping und Compliance-Matrizen; Bewertung von Konstruktionsnachweisen und Prüfberichten auf Zertifizierungsreife und technische Belastbarkeit.
- Dialog mit Behörden: Agieren Sie als technischer Hauptansprechpartner für benannte Stellen (TÜV, SGS, UL, Intertek) und Zertifizierungsbehörden auf Senior-Ebene; vertreten Sie das Unternehmen in komplexen Verhandlungen über Umfang, technische Machbarkeit und Konformitätswege.
- Coach & Mentor: Konzeption und Durchführung gezielter Trainings- und Mentorenprogramme für das Certification Engineering Team; Aufbau interner Kompetenzen in den Bereichen Zertifizierungsstrategie, Normeninterpretation und Zusammenarbeit mit benannten Stellen.
- Normen-Forecasting: Überwachung der Normenentwicklung (einschl. ISO/TR 23482, ISO 13482, ISO/TR 25785-1, Auswirkungen des EU AI Act, Richtlinien für autonome Robotik) und proaktive Bewertung der Auswirkungen auf Zertifizierungsumfang, Zeitpläne und Strategie.
- Wissensarchitekt: Dokumentation von Zertifizierungsstrategien, Präzedenzfällen, Lessons Learned und risikobasierten Argumentationsrahmen, um institutionelles Wissen aufzubauen und Zertifizierungszyklen für zukünftige Produkte zu beschleunigen.
