It takes teams working together and too often, the information they need is scattered across tools, conversations, and systems. PlayerZero is an AI platform that connects work across enterprise Support, Engineering, Product, QA, and SRE teams, helping them resolve issues faster, improve software quality, and plan what to build next. At its core is our Engineering World Model: a living understanding of a company’s software, how it runs, and the people and decisions behind it. By connecting codebases, tickets, production telemetry, and the conversations that shape the work, our model links what software is intended to do with how it actually behaves in production. and learns from where the two diverge. Our agents (we call them Players:) use that context to take on work across the software lifecycle. They learn from each outcome, earning trust and taking on more responsibility over time. We’re building a future where AI plays an active role in how teams plan, build, and run software. We’re looking for people across disciplines to help shape ## About the role As a Channel Solutions Engineer, you’ll help our channel partners use PlayerZero to deliver better outcomes for their clients. You’ll own the technical relationship with two to three global channel partners, building the capabilities their presales and delivery teams need to pursue, implement, and deliver with PlayerZero. Your focus is channel partner independence. You’ll lead discovery, demonstrations, and proofs of concept on early engagements, then coach channel partner engineers to take the lead themselves. You’ll also build the certification program, reference architectures, and delivery playbooks that make their success repeatable across clients. This role combines hands-on technical work, coaching, and an understanding of the services business. You’ll help channel partners connect PlayerZero to client needs, deliver on their commitments, and improve the economics of their engagements. ## What you will do - Own channel partner technical relationships. Work with channel partner solutions engineering, delivery, and practice leaders to establish priorities and build their teams’ ability to sell and deliver PlayerZero. - Enable channel partner engineers. Teach technical discovery, live demonstrations using client code, proof-of-concept design, and objection handling. Help channel partners assess client environments and incorporate PlayerZero into their solutions and delivery models. - Build and own channel partner certification. Define practical standards for presales and delivery roles, develop assessments, and certify engineers’ readiness to lead customer engagements independently. - Create reusable technical resources. Build reference architectures, demo environments, playbooks, and delivery patterns that channel partners can apply across clients. - Support joint pursuits and delivery. Lead technical work on early engagements, progressively transition ownership to channel partner teams, and review solution designs and delivery plans. - Resolve escalations and strengthen channel partner capability. Address complex technical questions and turn lessons from engagements into guidance channel partners can use independently. - Drive channel partner outcomes. Work with channel partnerships on joint account plans, pursuit priorities, and programs that recognize channel partner engineers’ contributions. Track technical readiness, certifications, channel partner-led wins, and go-lives. - Bring channel partner insight into PlayerZero. Share channel partner and client feedback with Product, Field Engineering, and Marketing to improve the platform and supporting resources. ## What you bring - Experience as a sales engineer, solutions architect, or channel partner solutions architect, ideally in developer tools, DevOps, observability, security, or cloud infrastructure. - Strong technical fundamentals across cloud, application architecture, data flow, CI/CD, APIs, and security, with the ability to assess client environments and engage credibly with senior engineers. - Experience working inside or alongside a global consultancy, systems integrator, or business process outsourcing firm, with an understanding of how services businesses sell, staff, and deliver engagements. - A track record of developing other technical professionals through coaching, practice development, or technical enablement programs. - The ability to deliver live technical demonstrations, troubleshoot in the moment, and teach others to do the same. - The ability to connect technical capabilities to client outcomes and channel partner business value, and work effectively with delivery and practice leadership. - Strong organization and follow-through across globally distributed teams and time zones. What success looks like Channel partners bring PlayerZero into relevant client pursuits and lead discovery, evaluations, and implementations independently. Their delivery teams achieve agreed client outcomes, supported by a growing bench of certified engineers and reusable technical resources. channel partner-led wins and go-lives become repeatable, and your involvement shifts toward complex challenges and new opportunities. ## Why PlayerZero PlayerZero is an early leader in AI-powered production engineering, defining how enterprises use AI to understand, improve, and operate their software. We’re a small team with meaningful problems to solve and room for each person to make their mark. Whether you’re building the technology, working with customers, or growing the business, you’ll help shape the product, the company, and what customers expect from this emerging category. If you’re excited by work where the answers aren’t all written yet, and want a hand in writing them, you’ll fit right in. ## About PlayerZero, Inc. ## Company Overview - **One-liner**: PlayerZero builds an AI production engineering platform that creates a living model of how production software works, enabling autonomous agents for SRE, support, and QA. - **Entity Type**: Private (Series A) - **Headquarters**: Atlanta, Georgia, United States - **Founded**: 2022 - **Founders**: Not publicly available (company was formerly known as Testgram) ## Core Business - **Primary industry/industries**: AI Production Engineering, Software Development, DevOps/SRE tools - **Target customers**: Engineering teams handling complex, customer-facing production systems (B2B, Enterprise) - **Mission or purpose statement**: Building AI to understand, maintain, and operate complex production software; creating a unified, living model of how software actually works across code, configuration, infrastructure, and customer reality. ## Products & Services - **PlayerZero Platform**: An AI-powered platform that builds a shared world model grounded in code, tickets, observability, and organizational decision-making.
