Agence d’intérim nouvelle génération, Gojob fournit des équipes à des enseignes de commerce reconnues. Vous travaillerez avec les outils créés par notre équipe Tech, qui vous feront gagner beaucoup de temps et d’énergie. 🌟 À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien : En tant que Chargé de Recrutement H/F, rattaché à l’équipe Retail, votre mission principale est de garantir aux magasins de nos clients des équipes fiables, formées et disponibles au bon moment. - Sourcer, présélectionner et recruter des profils retail (vendeurs, conseillers de vente, caissiers, hôtes d’accueil, logisticiens magasin) grâce à notre plateforme et à nos outils digitaux. - Mener les entretiens, valider les candidatures et assurer l’onboarding des intérimaires selon les standards de chaque enseigne. - Planifier les missions : affecter les intérimaires aux magasins, gérer les remplacements et anticiper les pics d’activité (soldes, Black Friday, Noël). - Gérer les contrats de travail des intérimaires et assurer leur suivi dans le SIRH. - Échanger au quotidien avec les responsables de magasin et les KAM pour ajuster les plannings et garantir un taux de service élevé. - Constituer et animer des viviers d’intérimaires fidèles, formés et disponibles, pour répondre rapidement aux besoins de nos clients. - Suivre les indicateurs clés : taux de service, taux d’abandon, délais de pourvoi, satisfaction client et intérimaire. Le poste implique des déplacements ponctuels en magasin. Vous évoluerez dans un environnement où la performance, l’organisation et l’esprit de conquête sont clés ! 🔍 Votre profil : - Vous avez une première expérience en recrutement, en intérim ou en RH dans le retail.
