## Job description

À propos de Fleetch Fleetch est une filiale du groupe H, acteur majeur de la mobilité urbaine en Afrique. Fleetch possède une flotte de plusieurs centaines de véhicules qui sont opérés en VTC par des chauffeurs en location ou en Drive to Own (travaillé-payé). Nous possédons des véhicules Suzuki et une cinquantaine de véhicules électriques. La performance repose sur la disponibilité des véhicules, la rapidité d’exécution et la qualité des réparations.

Contexte Fleetch est en train de développer un garage de réparation et d'entretien automobile pour améliorer les opérations et le rendement de sa flotte.

Objectif : faire passer un atelier de 4 mécaniciens à une organisation pouvant aller jusqu’à 20 mécaniciens Exigence forte sur :des délais d’exécution très rapides, une qualité opérationnelle irréprochable, des process clairs et traçables. Organisation amenée à devenir multi-site Vos missions 1- Organisation et management de l’équipe Organiser le fonctionnement quotidien des équipe Planifier le travail des techniciens et répartir les tâches Manager les équipes terrain/d’intervention Veiller à la discipline, à la sécurité et à l’ordre de l’atelier 2- Réparations et maintenance des véhicules Superviser et réaliser les interventions techniques Intervenir en mécanique, électricité automobile et climatisation Garantir la qualité des réparations et limiter les retours atelier 3- Productivité, qualité et process Réduire les temps d’immobilisation des véhicules Suivre les délais d’exécution et la qualité des interventions Appliquer des process simples : entrée véhicule, diagnostic, suivi, sortie Assurer la traçabilité des réparations et la gestion des stocks 4- Coordination opérationnelle Travailler avec les équipes opérations et la direction technique Prioriser les interventions selon les besoins d’exploitation Remonter les alertes techniques et organisationnelles Profil recherché Bac Pro (BT) en Maintenance des Véhicules avec 7 ans d’expérience minimum et 2 ans dans une fonction similaire. BTS en Maintenance des Véhicules 5 ans d’expérience minimum et 2 ans dans une fonction similaire. Très bonne maîtrise : Mécanique, électricité/électronique automobile, Climatisation, pneumatique Capacité à gérer des volumes élevés et des délais courts. Leadership terrain, exigence élevée, autorité naturelle Expertise Suzuki et véhicules électriques appréciée À l’aise dans des environnements en forte croissance
