In collaboration with biopharmaceutical manufacturers, payers, and health systems, Trial Library enables the delivery of clinical trials as a standard care option - improving patient access, advancing oncology outcomes, and reducing the total cost of care. Backed by leading healthcare venture capital firms, Trial Library’s platform is currently deployed in 840+ clinics and 3,000+ providers nationwide. We are seeking an experienced Chief Commercial Officer to define and execute Trial Library's commercial strategy, drive revenue growth, and build trusted partnerships across biopharma, health systems, and payers. This role reports directly to the CEO and carries the company's commercial vision end to end — from strategy through the team that delivers it. ## Your Responsibilities - Own and evolve Trial Library's commercial vision, GTM strategy, and revenue targets across all customer segments, with biopharma as the primary growth engine. - Build and manage the commercial engine that converts top biopharma prospects into long-term partners — from first conversation through multi-study and enterprise sponsor agreements. - Lead pipeline development, forecasting, and execution against ambitious revenue goals. - Deepen and expand relationships across our health system and provider network footprint. - Build partnerships that demonstrate both clinical impact and economic value. - Over time, lay the groundwork for payer and employer partnerships — sequenced after core biopharma growth, and yours to shape from the ground up. - Lead, mentor, and grow an agile commercial team across sales, partnerships, and customer success. - Build and refine commercial operations including CRM systems, pipeline reporting, contracting, and onboarding processes. - Partner closely with product, clinical, and marketing teams to align offerings with customer needs and market feedback. ## Your Requirements - 12+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience in life sciences, healthcare, or digital health, including time at an early-stage or high-growth company. - Deep understanding of biopharma commercial and clinical development dynamics — how sponsors evaluate enrollment and patient-access solutions, who holds the budget, and how those decisions actually get made. - Proven track record closing and expanding enterprise agreements with biopharma sponsors, and building a repeatable revenue engine around them. [Add your typical deal size and whether the buyer sits in clinical development/R&D or commercial.] - Working knowledge of health system and provider network dynamics. - Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with C-level executives across healthcare sectors. - Experience leading go-to-market strategy development and execution. - Demonstrated success building and managing high-performing commercial teams. - Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced, early-stage environment. ## Nice to Have - Familiarity with payer and employer-sponsored plan incentives — and genuine interest in building that motion from scratch. - Experience in oncology or precision medicine. - Comfort operating in an AI-forward product environment. ## Why Trial Library Mission that matters — every enrollment we accelerate is a patient who gains access to potentially life-changing treatment Real ownership — you'll be the marketing function, with direct influence on strategy, budget, and outcomes Collaborative, high-trust team — small enough that your work is visible, experienced enough that you'll learn fast Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits commensurate with experience ## Why Trial Library Meaningful impact — helping patients access clinical trials faster through better technology and workflows High ownership environment — autonomy to build, test, and influence strategy across the business Collaborative team culture — low ego, high trust, and close partnership across functions Opportunity for growth — join at an early stage with meaningful exposure to company-building and decision-making Competitive compensation package including salary, equity, and benefits based on experience Our Core Values Ally is our favorite moniker The most inclusive approach is worth the work Celebrate measurable improvements in equity outcomes Fearless advocates for belonging Incentives matter to stakeholders choosing our products Taking initiative is actually giving We are accountable for the experience of patients and providers Empathy and humility are the real dynamic duo Trial Library, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer committed to building an inclusive workplace.
