Sustainable Talent is conducting the search for an energetic, motivated, and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant / Physical Therapy Technician / Patient Care Coordinator on behalf of Markson Chiropractic & Medical.

This position offers the opportunity to work directly with patients and make a meaningful impact on their recovery journey. The ideal candidate is passionate about health and wellness, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is looking to grow professionally within a respected and established healthcare organization. Personal Trainers, Exercise Coaches, Fitness Professionals, and Healthcare Assistants are encouraged to apply.

Will train — no prior chiropractic experience required.

## Responsibilities

- Assist patients with prescribed therapy programs

- Apply therapeutic modalities including EMS, hot and cold therapy

- Guide patients through rehabilitation exercises

- Assist with spinal decompression and therapy equipment

- Maintain treatment areas and equipment

- Support providers with patient care activities

- Encourage patient compliance and progress throughout treatment

- Deliver an exceptional patient experience

## Qualifications

- Positive, energetic, and professional attitude

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others

- Healthcare, fitness, or rehabilitation experience preferred

- Willingness to learn and grow

- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
