This role is ideal for: An adjuster with 1–2 years of experience who wants to build their career at a company that rewards performance, not tenure, someone licensed and early in their career who is hungry to learn the business and grow fast We are looking for people with talent, ambition, work ethic, and the drive to build a real career. ## WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own a desk of claims end to end: from first notification of loss through to resolution
- Communicate with policyholders throughout the claims journey, ensuring a clear and positive experience
- Make sound, well-documented decisions and manage claims within your authority
- Identify potential fraud indicators and escalate appropriately
- Maintain accurate and thorough claims records for audit and compliance
- Contribute to continuous improvement by working with operations and engineering

## WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Willing to work 5 days in office in Dallas (in our amazing new office Downtown)
- Texas All-Lines Adjuster license, with Texas designated as your home state
- 1–2 years of adjusting experience
- Sharp, organised, and able to prioritise independently
- A clear communicator, in writing and on the phone
- Genuinely curious about how claims and coverage work
- Comfortable using data to make decisions
- Team-oriented, hardworking, and ambitious
- Startup or high-growth experience is a plus
