## Job description

Poszukujemy doświadczonego Client Partnera (Global), który dołączy do naszego zespołu sprzedaży i będzie odpowiedzialny za rozwój nowego biznesu na rynkach międzynarodowych. Rola koncentruje się na budowaniu pipeline’u new-logo i pozyskiwaniu klientów w modelu outboundowym. To rola dla osoby o silnym mindsetcie hunterskim, która potrafi identyfikować realne potrzeby biznesowe klientów, budować jakościowy pipeline i prowadzić proces sprzedaży od pierwszego kontaktu do podpisania umowy.

Szukamy Ciebie, jeśli:

- masz min. 5 lat doświadczenia w sprzedaży usług B2B, w tym co najmniej 3 lata w branży IT/technologicznej na rynkach globalnych (ze szczególnym naciskiem na Benelux, Nordics, USA (partner-led) oraz Middle East);
- masz udokumentowane sukcesy w pozyskiwaniu nowych klientów (new-logo) i zamykaniu złożonych kontraktów;
- pracujesz świadomie z pipeline’em (ICP-fit) – rozumiesz, jak dobierać właściwe konta, persony oraz moment biznesowy, uwzględniając potencjał ekspansji;
- pracujesz w modelu huntera – aktywnie tworzysz pipeline, a nie opierasz się tylko na inboundzie czy gotowych leadach;
- prowadzisz procesy sprzedażowe end-to-end – od researchu i discovery po ofertowanie, negocjacje i podpisanie kontraktu;
- stosujesz value-based / problem-led selling – potrafisz diagnozować wyzwania klientów i budować przekaz wokół wartości biznesowej (ROI);
- potrafisz prowadzić rozmowy o wyzwaniach klientów w obszarach takich jak: legacy systems, data & AI, productivity, cost-to-serve, AI readiness, modernization, managed delivery, cyber/security, time-to-value;
- znasz ekosystem technologiczny w obszarze danych i chmury (np. Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks);

- wykazujesz zainteresowanie obszarem AI/GenAI i aktywnie wykorzystujesz nowoczesne narzędzia wspierające produktywność oraz efektywność pracy;

- potrafisz prowadzić rozmowy z decydentami C-level (CIO, CTO, Head of Data/IT) w średnich i dużych organizacjach;
- bardzo dobrze komunikujesz się w języku polskim (C1) oraz angielskim (C1);
- wyróżniasz się silnymi umiejętnościami komunikacyjnymi, storytellingowymi i negocjacyjnymi;
- jesteś samodzielny(-a), proaktywny(-a) i zorientowany(-a) na wynik, a jednocześnie potrafisz działać we współpracy z zespołami delivery i presales.

Na tym stanowisku będziesz odpowiedzialny(-a) za:

- budowanie i rozwój pipeline’u new-logo na rynkach międzynarodowych – poprzez aktywny prospecting i outreach;
- prowadzenie kompleksowych procesów sprzedażowych end-to-end;
- pracę w modelu account-based / research-driven:
- identyfikacja i selekcja kont (ICP-fit),
- mapowanie buying committee,
- trigger-based outreach;
- realizację działań sprzedażowych poprzez:
- LinkedIn, e-mail, networking, wydarzenia branżowe;
- budowanie relacji i pozycji zaufanego doradcy biznesowego;
- współpracę z zespołami presales, delivery i ekspertami domenowymi przy tworzeniu ofert;
- rozwój sprzedaży w ramach praktyk branżowych (np. Media, Insurance) poprzez cross-sell i inicjatywy rozwojowe;
- reprezentowanie firmy na wydarzeniach międzynarodowych;
- utrzymywanie wysokiej higieny pracy w CRM, pipeline management oraz forecastowanie;
- monitorowanie trendów rynkowych i dostarczanie insightów wspierających rozwój oferty.
