Position Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Address: 120 W 1st Avenue, Mesa, AZ Position Overview: The Clinical Care Pharmacist manages patient and provider communications, ensures accurate prescription processing, and performs pre-verification to uphold quality control and compliance according to Strive Pharmacy SOPs.
