This is a full-cycle, sourcing-heavy role. You'll own requisitions from intake through offer, and you'll spend a lot of your time on the phone: cold outreach, phone screens, candidate check-ins, hiring manager syncs. If you love the hunt (building pipeline from scratch, not just managing what comes through the door), this is built for you. You'll juggle multiple open physician reqs at once, move fast, and keep every candidate feeling like a priority.
