This is a part-time, temporary position, working 30-32 hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm EST, with flexibility within those hours based on the achievement of role expectations and that the team is working collaboratively together to meet the patient’s needs. Our organization is growing and, for the right candidate, this role could transition to a full time role in the future. ## Responsibilities - Serve as the first point of contact for patients and caregivers, building trust, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely resolutions. - Guide new patients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless introduction to the device and application. - Proactively share patient and caregiver feedback with internal teams to inform product development, process improvements, and strategy. - Help to maintain and update a knowledge base of tech support solutions, procedures, and documentation to assist and communicate with customers efficiently.
